When Will My Items Ship? Most items ship in 1-2 days, and some take longer depending on the item. If an item is out of stock you will be notified. We will then ship it to you the moment we receive the item. To check your order status at anytime vist the Your Account page and view your Order History
How Will My Items Ship? We utilize both the U.S. Postal Service and UPS to ensure the prompt delivery of your items. You can also track your items using the provided tracking number.
Do You Ship Internationally? We do ship abroad. We utilize both the U.S. Postal Service and UPS for International shipments. Tracking may not be available (or reliable) for some shipping services, and you are responsible for any additional shipping duties or taxes. USPS is the least expensive but UPS is the most reliable, especially when it comes to tracking, so keep this in mind when selecing a shipping method.
The Shipping Charges Seem High. Is This A Mistake? We get our USPS and UPS shipping charges calculated by weight/dimension and through services provided by USPS and UPS. Sometimes they are way off, but often they are very close. We charge actual shipping charges, so if there is a difference we will refund it. If in question, send us an email and we can manually verify the shipping charges. We also can often fit items in USPS flat rate boxes which the website cannot calculate.
Returns / Exchanges: Defective Items: Any defective item will be replaced with 15 days of purchase if a like item is available. In the case of the like item being unavailable you will be refunded the item cost. Customer must notify TRM in writing of defective item immediately.
Returns / Exchange Policy: Items that were not special ordered and non-electronic items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, as long as the item is in new condition. Exceptions exist with electronic products. Electronics may not be returned unless defective. Shipping costs are refundable if the return is a result of our error.
How to Return or Exchange an Item: Not satisfied with an item? We want to make the return proccess as easy as possible. Please contact us before sending the item back so we can deal with the issues as quickly as possible.
